This capitalization was conducted with seven Cameroonian civil society organizations that benefited from technical assistance to develop their organizational diagnosis and a tailored strengthening plan.
They share their experience: the key issues identified during the diagnostic phase — the starting point for more targeted support (strategy, governance, resource mobilization); the successes and challenges encountered during implementation; and practical peer-to-peer advice for organizations wishing to embark on their own organizational strengthening journey.
