Strengthening health systems at all levels (community to national)
This call for proposals will select projects that complement and / or support Global Fund investments, contributing to building or strengthening a system that is gender-sensitive and enables populations to access quality services in accordance with the following four of the seven objectives under pillar two of the Global Fund strategy (2017-2022) “to build resilient and sustainable systems for health”:
Structural and sustainable improvements to health product management and supply systems.
Sustainably strengthen the knowledge, skills and practices of human resources for health to meet the needs of populations and health systems.
Alignment of HIV, tuberculosis and malaria control programs with sexual and reproductive health, maternal, child and adolescent health programs.
Promoting and strengthening community systems and the involvement of communities in national decision-making processes.
Projects must be catalytic – i.e. they should trigger evolutions of practices and / or policies.
In order to submit a project on this theme, applicants are invited to send a request for access to the Cloud link to upload their project proposal between December 8, 2021 and January 19, 2022.
