- “Support to carry out a study on the therapeutic effectiveness of first-line treatment for confirmed cases of malaria” as part of the national malaria control plan.
- “Support to develop and implement an approach to actively detect tuberculosis cases through home visits” as part of the national tuberculosis control plan.
Djibouti is also involved in a multi-country project to support the creation of a training and expertise center (CFEA) led by ACAME (the organization of central purchasing agencies for essential medicines). The objective of this project is to improve access to health products by strengthening the performance of the 22 central purchasing agencies for essential medicines, members of the organization itself, and their partners in the distribution chain.
