2025 Activity Report

In 2025, L’Initiative reached an unprecedented level of activity, with more than €66 million implemented, despite a sharp contraction in new commitments. Active in 40 countries, it maintained its support for the fight against HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, prioritising the continuity of essential services, the consolidation of interventions and the strengthening of health systems. Stay the course, Keep Up the Fight reflects this imperative: to continue working alongside countries and partners in a context where needs remain high while resources are tightening.
